howdy back home . After 30 hours plus with no sleep we hit the sack for a lazy 11 hour plus . We checked out the manhatten redondo Hermosa area and was pretty impressed ,it definitely lifted the spirits as this place is a fast moving intimidating mass.A bit of substance and character can be found amongst a still beach/tourist locale and even some not bad waves yesterday at manhatten beach and pier.If we can settle into this area it could be a pretty cool stay ,a real outdoorsy action area a cross between the goldy and stkilda/Elwood .
