It s thinking was that it could give the good guys or victims a chance to run or overwhelm a would be mass shooter while they reloaded .Incredible that this has to be the main line of argument for this type of control. When you mine down , there can be no other reason for sellingcontinuous rounds to the public other than to kill multiple civilians. … This is where I shook my head and laughed in defeat : the gun lobby sued the State of California and has a temporary block on the action from November last year !    There have been 50 massacres in 10 years , 89 in the last 30 .
