We joined . Actually been into the big dog a a few times now .The joints frantic , has been each time we’ve been , but I see why .Its out in peoplesville , Hawthorne. This is big , big people , big families , big sizes and big queues. The moment you close in on the joint the pulse rises . It’s a monster that more than hums, it crunches and clangs . The car park is game on , take whatever you can grab and indicate immediately . Cars circle and hover waiting for a chance to get into the promised land . Don’t worry it’s not unique to the US , but I dare say these joints are made for the Yanks . Once inside it’s all about staying calm and not getting too excited . $300 + can be spent in a blink of an eye . It’s the fuckn zoo in here . People are climbing over the top of each other to get their fill . Then there’s the free samplers ….. you can eat for free here and walk out without buying a thing . That’s what kills me ; it’s a mess around these spots . Fuck seriously , do we have to hold everything up to sample a teaspoon of rice o riso . People are jammed in with trolleys loaded . It’s an adventure , I love the bargains and the quality of the food is better than I thought . .. Costco . Yep , it’s fuckn huge here … and I’ve gotta say I’m impressed , but the crowds ? Be prepared . This is a battle ground . Costco has found its nirvana , America.
